New Jersey HVAC Sales Manager
C&C is searching for an experienced, all-star HVAC Sales Manager in New Jersey who has experience and a drive to learn about the HVAC industry. This position will lead a sales team to success daily.
Primary Job Function:
- Oversee a team of sales professionals, to help them with sales, quoting and day to day operations.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports involving sales.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Sales Management Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable with organizational skills
