New Jersey HVAC Service Manager
C&C is searching for an experienced, all-star HVAC Service Manager in New Jersey who has experience and a drive to learn about the HVAC industry. This service manager position will lead a service team to success daily.
Primary Job Function:
- Oversee a team of HVAC/Plumbing professionals, to help them with customer service, services for customers, quoting and day to day operations
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports involving service results
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Service Management Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable with organizational skills
- Flexible Daily Scheduling
- Driver’s License
